THE MATERIAL, WHY ANODISED ALUMINIUM?

Anodised aluminium material is tough, long-lasting, and will continually hold its lustre. The process to create Anodised Aluminium is called Electrolytic Passivation and is used to increase the thickness of the natural oxide layer on the surface of metal parts. Aluminium surfaces are exposed in chemical baths and receive an electrical charge. This results in an increase in thickness of the oxide layer thus making it harder, more anti-corrosive, and more durable. It is also a much lighter material compared to other metals. Coating Anodised Aluminium with colour produces a decorative finish with cosmetic appeal, and a strong industrial finished product.
